If something is not right, contact us before returning it so we can help quickly. Keep your order details and do not fit, alter or dispose of an item while we investigate.

Changed your mind?

For distance purchases, UK consumers may have cancellation rights. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, then return it within the applicable return period in the same condition. Return postage is normally your responsibility unless we agree the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the item and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
